JEAN & HOWARD

Hi, I’m Jean, and this is Howard were the seekers. We’ve lived in this house for about eight and a half years now in DAVIDSONVILLE, Maryland. We decided to renovate the kitchen because even though it was a beautiful kitchen, in its day, it was very old and just really needed to have more of a contemporary look to it.
When Bonnie our realtor told us about mulatto, and we did the interview, we had done three other interviews, I think by that point. And we knew right away that this was what we needed to do, just because it was so much more comfortable for us and how we wanted to do our kitchen
the process of remodeling a kitchen is really big. But Abraham, he actually made it so much easier because he he brought the tiles to us, he brought the cabinets to us, we got to choose from a large variety, and he had some great ideas as well. So it was a seven week project he, Abraham had told us it would be seven weeks and he was right, it took seven weeks. He was here. Most days, he was our foreman as far as our project was concerned. So from the very beginning to the end, Abraham came through the door with coffee.
Getting permits and all the other things that are involved that are behind the scenes, we knew it was going on. But he took care of all of that. And pretty much even even permitting and things like that came in on time. And it really just made that that part of the process worryfree also.
And then it just kind of slid into place. As soon as the demo came down, all the old things went out. It was just a process of this is the step that we’re going to do today. This is what we’re going to do tomorrow. There were always workers. We never had a lapse in time, which was you know, you never had to say, Why isn’t anybody at my home today working?
Well, usually at the end of every day, he would tell us okay, it was the next the next day or the next couple of days. So we knew what to expect ahead of time
Yeah. It was a very easy process. Even though the job was huge.
Abraham was in constant communication with you, you never felt like you couldn’t get ahold of him. And he was always relaying whatever was going on on the project with us. So he was pretty much at our beck and call I have to say and that was huge.
So the other thing as we got closer to the end and all this little finish work that had to be done. He has a very good finished carpenter but he was there with him on a lot of these different design aspects at the very end
and put in so you know, there’s a lot of Abraham in our kitchen Yeah. He listened to our ideas and and we listened to his and so it just worked out really well. We never had to say, Absolutely not. We don’t want that, or whatever he always gave us suggestions gave us choices. So we felt very involved in the project and really, really liked Abraham.
He also showed us a few things we would have never picked out ourselves, right? I mean, things that we would have never even considered. And he said, Here, think about this. And because there was that flexible dialog like that, we saw some things that we picked them that we’d never anticipated as being part of our kitchen.
Yeah. Abraham brought everything to us. The we had to go pick out the courts. But other than that, the tile, the cabinet colors, the style was all brought right to our kitchen table. And we sat down and made all the choices he’s he’s definitely the first one on the list.
And if our neighbors are going to be redoing their kitchens or anywhere else, we’ll we’ll send them right to him as well to Abraham. Yeah.
Because because he was just so easy. And when he said something was going to happen, it happened. And that’s huge, huge when you’re doing a project, you really want that person to be as involved in your project as you are.
Yes, I would absolutely recommend Abraham to neighbors and friends. If it ever comes up, he was someone that’s very easy to work with. And I would certainly recommend them to other people.

GEORGETTE & JOHN

Moved into this house in 2005. And the house was built out probably in 1999. So it’s been 20 years, we think we need a little bit of change, add a little excitement. That’s why we approached the Milano design. And Abraham gave us a lot of good ideas. And I said, Well, it’s nice. So let’s try it out. Abraham is excellent. In talking about what you’re really want to achieve, and what I want you to do, I want the house to represent my identity. So I’m Chinese, and I like to add a little bit of Chinese character, background, and culture into my house, he actually gave me a lot of suggestions, we had an old fashioned, fair place, very cumbersome to use in past is a kind of Tao and even we have friends coming over, I hardly ever use it, they marvel PSA him, his idea, he designed that and I said, Oh, this is wonderful. So from then, then he said, we needed the rest of the room to match up. And so that then we have the wall painting that he actually choose from the theme I suggested and made into a huge mural. And many of my friends really loved it. OPERS after 20 years, the house, many areas are a little bit out only out of date. It’s a little malfunctioning. And after talking, he suggested to re remodel all of the bathrooms. And of course, we have five bathrooms. So from the master to my daughter’s room and so on. So he designed individually and actually I liked the idea he wanted each bathroom to be fitted into the function and the personality. So actually he has a different design for every single bathroom working with Milano construction. Overall, it’s a very pleasant experience and the front the beginning they carry on the project until the finish. They are very professional, and they are personal. And actually, they listen to your suggestions. They give suggestions, but they listen to your feedback. And I think that this is a wonderful experience.

DARIAN OZDEMIR

Hi, my name is Darien as the mirror I live in Baltimore City in a very unique condominium building called silo Point. And I’ve lived in Baltimore and its surroundings for the past 28 years and finally needed the urge to update and it did need a little bit of an update in this bathroom. And this is what we’ve come up with and the old bathroom had a tub right here and a very small 36 by 36 shower on the corner and my elbows would always hit the walls while in the shower, never use the tub. The vanity and the countertop weren’t as bad but I have been in the industry myself. I figured that it was time for a nice upgrade, Ibrahima Milan design was the visionary behind what we did here from full porcelain slabs to the tile selection to the countertop selection and the cabinet design and the overall design he came up with the idea and it was absolutely amazing. What Ibrahim and I wanted to create here was a bit of a floating theme and as you can see yourselves we have a floating shelf inside the shower and then you see the shower size where you know we replaced the previous shower which was very small and coming back to this particular piece here with the cabinets. Once again floating cabinets, the Cambria countertops where they were it looks like a picture frame so we it was a miter theme we made it a two-inch thick miter countertop where the countertop flows all the way up from the wall side and a waterfall panel and a picture frame finish on the bottom. Now here, what we’ve done is is a floating shelf in Bentley Cambria with the walls what we did is a full-size porcelain for porcelain slab with BookMatch in the middle and the corner so actually there were three slabs of porcelain used for this particular bathroom. We did a rainfall shower and had to travel quite a bit and staying in these hotels with these amazing rainfall showers I’ve always wanted the rainfall shower and O’Brien came with the suggestion of this particular delta trim and I absolutely loved it and have the handheld sprayer and the actual shower as well with multiple different combinations. But I think the focal point of this shower is the wall without a doubt and with a beautiful BookMatch Italian full-size porcelain and everybody seems to love it
I would absolutely recommend era him anybody wanted to call me and I mean anybody would be interested in you Brian and in services. Feel free to reach out to me and come visit my bathroom, a new bathroom and I’d be happy to go over the details with you

ELODY SCALDATA

We were in the market to redo our master bathroom. We built this house 22 years ago, so it was the style of 22 years ago. And we wanted not just to replace fixtures, we wanted somebody that had abroad I and would help us with the design. Working with Abraham was as smooth and easy as he promised it would be. Even during the project, he had given us this great schematic of how it was going to look. But once you start putting the tile down and things like that, we tweaked a few things. And he would bring things to our attention that maybe you want to think about doing this with another contractor. It’s what you’ve signed for you pretty much you’re doing that Abraham was very flexible and also brought things to our attention that made the bathroom even nicer than we originally thought it was good to be with him. The crew that he is is our respectful, polite, they clean up at the end of the day, great communication between Abraham and and myself and my husband. He’s excellent that way. He just top notch guy to work with. One of the things that we really liked about using Abraham was that there was someone here working every day, when he when he started the project, he had it laid out. So every day there was somebody here in the project moved along. We’ve heard from other friends when they’ve had these kind of things done. Somebody would come on Monday, maybe somebody comes on Friday, which is why I think it stretches so long. But Abraham doesn’t start until all of the items that he needs for the job are in place. And so he can just go right on through. I would absolutely refer Abraham, he responds very quickly. He seems like he works 24/7 He would if I had a question, I might email him, but he would email me back that night or text me back that night, not the next morning. He’s very responsive. He has great ideas. The materials he uses are excellent. He just made the process go very simply.

BERNIE MCVEY & TERRY MCVEY

I guess when we first contacted milaana design, we were impressed with their level of customer service. They responded immediately. So we appreciated that level of response right away.
We had our bathrooms measured pretty precisely. We had a computer aided design put together where we were able to, you know, evaluate alternatives. And then once we kind of had a concept I would say we began to select materials and territory really won about that pretty much making some choices with colors and tiles and all sorts of things, accessories and so on.
Now I refer to even the master bath as the best room in the house. So we got some work to do around that. So they kind of up, you know, our challenge of getting the rest of the house up to speed with a master bath. So we’re very pleased.
So yes, I think about the job that Mulana design did, I would definitely recommend them to a whole host of folks. In fact, we already have. And I was just pleased with the whole process start to finish.
They make sure that you are pleased because you’re part of the process.

LAURA COOPER

We bought this house about 16 years ago. We had been married a few years we were looking at the area to expand a little bit. We saw this house we fell in love with it, but the old bathroom. It was fine for when we bought it and we were booing and not the time that we bought it but it definitely had just, you know, gone out of style and we just started looking for a designer. Abraham was awesome. He just provided a fresh look at things. We told him what we wanted, he worked with us and he was honest when we would come to him with something and he would tell us you know whether that would work or not or whether it was a good idea or help us figure through some of the design problems. Generally, Abraham was great. He was here every day. I needed it done by Christmas. And he got it done a week and a half early. He was on top of it but it was great to see him here just about every day to check on things and make sure things were getting done as directed. To say walking into the new bathroom is pretty exciting. Still, it’s very spa-like and zen-like and the tub is phenomenal. The showers are great. I love all the new fixtures you look forward to taking a shower or taking a nice warm bath. Working with Abraham was he made it easy he made us get the job done reach our goals. Very easy and attainable.

DAVID PIPKIN

My name is David Pipkin. We have resided at this home for over 18 years. And we had a vision of how we want our home to be. And we had the opportunity to meet with Abraham. And he had a vision as well. And he was able to take our vision and create what we feel is a beautiful home. He took what I thought was an accent wall. And as Abraham so eloquently puts, he blew it up and he made it beautiful. Our living space and our bathrooms. He did such a wonderful design that actually he took our vision and created way more than what we had first thought we were going to do. Fortunately, my wife spent a lot of time doing researching. And she was able to find his organization via the internet. And she reviewed a lot of the positive reviews in reference to his organization and then said this is the company that we need to select to do our remodeling and had opportunity to meet Abraham on a Saturday. And we talked for several hours and he gave us some ideas of what he thought would help us have the vision for what we wanted at our house. If we were to sell this house, we know we could significantly increase the value it has significantly increased the value of a home. The design of the bathrooms is so unique. Our problem bathrooms are the main bathroom, the shower and the bathtub is enclosed in glass is so unique, something that I think you don’t see every day. I would recommend Abraham and Delano designed to not only my friends and my family, my co workers, anyone who is thinking about doing remodeling, or just making some changes in their home, I would definitely recommend Abraham. Abraham has such a unique mind in reference to design, and he brings so much to the table so I would definitely recommend Abraham.

JOHN & ELIZABETH

My name is Elizabeth cannibal.
This My name is John, and I’m living in this house with my wife and our kids since 2008. It’s a great neighborhood very family friendly. And we just love living here. So my wife and I, after we had some water damage in the kitchen, did an intensive search through Google. And he was one of the first folks to pop up in our search with phenomenal reviews.
Well, when I met Abraham, first thing that caught me was the fact that he had great attention to detail. And that was something very particular on he focused on every aspect of the kitchen. And what we wanted, he spent as a spend enough time with us, to educate us as well, to know what will work for us and that that and that was it, the discussions that we’ve had, he was very helpful in deciding how we wanted our kitchen as well.
He gave us some 3d renderings of our kitchen, which was amazing. So it gave us a really good idea of what it would look like. And what’s amazing is that what he showed us when we were sitting in his office regarding the designs, that’s exactly what we wound up getting. So that was really nice to see.
The process in itself was very easy. We we met with Abraham, many times, he was willing to give us a time, we had discussions on every single detail of the kitchen. So it gave us a lot of confidence moving forward, knowing exactly what we were going to get. And everything was done in a very timely manner.
After the remodeling, we’ve been spending a lot more time in the kitchen, and there are five of us. So it’s a bit of a crowd, but we never feel crowded at our new kitchen. And the floors that he also provided us. They’re phenomenal. And so we just want to be in the kitchen as much as we can,
in terms of details, like, you know, some of the cabinets that we ordered, you know, they came in with a different configuration. And this was like on a Sunday morning. You know, we noticed it, we called Abraham, he came over immediately. And we kind of figured out you know what the alternative was, and it was a really quick fix. And we really appreciated that. And you know, he would come in every day at the end of the workday and check on what was done and what was not done well if needed to be fixed. And that gave us a lot of confidence moving forward for future remodeling projects. And we do have a number of that number of them. We’re definitely going to be considering a lot of design.
Oh yes, I would recommend it to all my family and friends if they need to renovate any part of the house.

DIANE & PETE

Hi, I’m Pete Holtz Berger. And I’m Diane Salzburger. We Minier five years and it’s Charlestown, West Virginia. My wife found them on the internet, and we’ve been wanting to redo our fireplace for some time. And we’ve looked and looked we visited places around here, and there’s no one around here that would do the kind of project that we wanted. So my wife found them on the internet emailed Molano. And this is the result, as with any project that you go, there are always things that come up that you were weren’t thinking about were unprepared for. And in addressing them with Abraham and his crew for him and Melvin. And even the gentlemen that was with Melvin was where they were very helpful in solving all of the issues that came up. We were very happy with all of them.
The first day that Abraham came out, he immediately started sketching designs from us talking to him about what we wanted. Then he went back to his office and did some investigating to find products that would work for us. That became a process of emailing back and for us looking at other websites, checking out materials that he had suggested to eventually he came back out to the house. And we pretty much had an idea of what we wanted for our final meeting. So we could go over what we vision, what he vision and the products that we would use and the signing of the contract.
We really liked Abraham when he came out and visited us and we told him what we were looking for. And he was pretty receptive to our vision and had ideas that he offered to us for to to complete what we were trying to accomplish. And the that led a long, long ways towards us signing up with him doing the project.
And working with Mulana design, you found with Abraham that the timelines he gave us everything worked out perfectly, it was there was just a very smooth, easy remodel for our fireplace.
But just my one of our sons is having issues with his fireplace, and we just told him that who had done ours and that we were very happy with them. So I don’t know if anything will ever come of it. But if anybody would like that recommendation, we were very happy with everything about it there the way that from from the beginning to the end as far as working with a solving issues that came up and it all just went really well.

SANDY & RANDY

Hi, we’re the began skis. I’m Randy. I’m Sandy. And we’ve, we’re living in Ellicott City. We’ve been here for about 25 years. And we bought the home back in 1994. And we’ve been slowly but surely upgrading as we’ve gone along. And this past summer, we Sandy and I had an idea that we wanted to redo our master bathroom.
He started the process and you found we found a room?
Yes, we actually would the house was built in the mid 80s. And the bathroom was probably original. So it was very dated, which was the reason we wanted to redo it. So we normally start by going to the local home shows to see if we can find contractors. And normally we find some that do the different jobs and we had gotten a couple of guys to commit to coming out. And then I was also doing some online searches through Angie’s List and HomeAdvisor and some of the other things. So when I put in the project we wanted to do not more than probably an hour later, we got a call from Abraham from mulatto, who probably got some kind of inquiry or something that we were looking. And so I got a call from Abraham.
We met Abraham. And as soon as he was done, I said, ready? That’s it. We got it. He was very honest with us. He sat down, spent a lot of time with us, asked us what we want it. He had ideas which I love. But he actually designed it. I sat there with us and said what do you think of this? How do you think of this? And I was I just loved it. That was exactly what I was thinking. But the whole time he talked to Randy and I wasn’t I’m going to do this. It’s my idea. Don’t worry about it, which one vendor said. So after he left, I said, Randy, it’s him. We’re going with Abraham.
Well, we say and he said we really had no idea. We have no design experience. We didn’t know what we want. The nice thing was Abraham was willing to meet us at our time. He came on a Saturday morning, actually all the other contractors had set times but they didn’t want to do weekends. And that was the first thing. And he said I come out Saturday, I’ll meet with you. So I actually came here on Saturday morning. We took him upstairs to show him the bathroom. And we said it’s really small. It’s not functionally more if we don’t like it. And Abraham right away, took some measurements and said, Hey, how about if we like we had a small wall that was dividing the bathroom? You know, it’s a small master bath, but the wall was dividing it so he kind of asked genuinely what we were looking for. And then he said, Hey, I have some ideas. And he took some measurements. And he said, Well, he showroom is real close by on route 40. Now with that said, he said let me draw some things up. He talked to Sandy nigh about what kinds of things we were looking forward. He said, Let me get back to my showroom. I’ll design some stuff on my computer, and then you can come out and look at it. He started right the day that he said he was going to start his workers came in, did the demo. His workers were very courteous and
Abraham came. And I was very impressed. That’s another thing. I was very impressed by that. He would just show up and he said I want to see My workers are doing what they said they’re supposed to do. I have recommended that him too many people. I have told them. He’s excellent. I don’t always know if he goes in the area because I worked in solar spring. But I do tell all our friends
Yep, absolutely would recommend them to me I have I have recommended them to friends, local, local friends of ours. And I, we I gave him the highest rating on I think Angie’s List or whatever I gave him just he exceeded our expectations. He was wonderful.

Abraham was wonderful! I will definitely work with him and his team on more home renovation projects again! He is the absolute best! I highly recommend him! Will post before and after pics when I figure out how to do that lol!
